Virtual Quantum Touch Consultation and Healing Session
The first step in helping you resolve your pain, reduce stress and feel better, is to have you complete a Personalized Stress Assessment. When you book your appointment, I will email a Health History and Stress Assessment for you to complete and send back to me.
At your session, we will first go over your Assessment, looking for patterns, concerns, mis-alignments, etc.
Then we will have a virtual Energy healing session, using both Quantum Touch Energy Healing and other techniques to help with alignment, pain reduction, etc.
The next step will be creating a treatment plan with further sessions, exercises, stretches or relaxation techniques, customized for you to help retrain your body and mind to take control of the muscles, thought patterns, beliefs or trapped emotions that are the root cause of the pain.
In Person Quantum Touch Healing Session- for Pain Relief
This session is for the person who wants an in person visit at Serenity Spa. It includes a personalized session to help learn to control their bodies responses to stress and learn to relieve pain.
The session may include a Quantum Touch Energy Healing session, customized Stretching, Affirmations and Relaxation Techniques.
We will discuss follow up action plans and give you tools to help keep you in alignment moving forward.
