Denise Willinger has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1985 and a Licensed Esthetician and Skin Care Specialist since 1980. With over four decades of experience in the wellness industry, she has built a career dedicated to helping others achieve balance, health, and longevity in both their professional and personal lives.

As a long-time spa owner and educator, Denise has trained and mentored dozens of Massage Therapists and Estheticians, helping them develop strong technical skills, professional confidence, and client-centered care practices. Her background blends therapeutic bodywork, skincare, and advanced energy-healing modalities.

In 2019, Denise became a Certified Quantum Touch® Energy Healing Practitioner and Instructor, integrating the science of energy medicine into her massage and wellness practice. Her continuing-education courses combine hands-on experience with evidence-informed principles to help therapists enhance their results while preventing professional burnout.

Now based in Perdido Key, Florida, Denise teaches live and virtual CE workshops for Licensed Massage Therapists focused on energy healing, self-care, and holistic practice development.
